Under this model, we invoice the client for a placement fee equal to a percentage of a selected candidate's first-year annual salary, payable on the candidate's start date. There is no upfront payment for services. Direct Hire percentages start at 20% and will be determined based on client needs and the hiring market for the role. Necessary replacements are not charged during an agreed-upon guarantee period.
This covers placements for all positions requested by the client. The subscription model allows us to provide a dedicated recruiter and ongoing service, ensuring that your recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively while continuing to build a pipeline of candidates for backfilling or additional openings. If your business is faced with numerous or ongoing openings, this model might be a great option over individual placement fees.
We can also create a hybrid proposal incorporating both the Direct Hire and Subscription models into one contract, which would possibly reduce the direct hire placement fee charged for any candidates.
